There's a story behind the barb wire known as Friar Wire(tm)...when the Friar started creatin' the wire, he wanted somethin' that would reflect his godly ways and beliefs.
In a dream, The Good Lord Himself told the Friar what the wire meant:
 
The two large strands (on the necklace) represent the two sections of the Bible--the Old Testament and the New Testament. For the bracelet, the three strands represent the Trinity.
    
The three wraps on each "barb" represent The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
    
The four ends of each "barb" represent the four Gospels and the four points of the cross. The sharp points represent the pain and suffering our Lord went through for us.
 
So, you see, Friar Wire(tm) has special meaning. Wear your unique piece of jewelry with pride, knowing you're helping to share the Good News!
